Julio Ray was born in Guanica Puerto Rico and raised in New York City. Since seeing Freddie Prinze on the Tonight Show With Johnny Carson as a young child he has been writing sketches, jokes, poems, short stories and anything else he could create on a blank page ever since, believing that if one Puerto Rican New Yorker can make it as a Comedian in Show Biz, then he could too. It was after his Honorable Discharge in the service that He studied Improvisation under the instruction of Martin Friedberg at The World Famous Improvisation in New York City. Martin once called Julio, "One of the funniest and original newcomers in my classes" (He was also quoted as saying, "Where's that Little bastard with his tuition?!")
Julio was in Europe working as a Civilian for The Army Air Force Exchange Service in Germany where he would occasionally open shows for local bands like Riff Raff and Entertain Drunks in a local Dive called the Atlantic bar. Upon returning to the U.S.A Julio joined Steve Rosenfelds "American Comedy Institute" where he continued to study Improvisation and made his Caroline's On Broadway debut on March 1st 1997 where he bought down the house and has since performed at Stand Up New York, Don't Tell Mommas, The Comic Strip, Gotham Comedy Club, The Duplex, Comedy Cellar and New York Comedy Club.

I have seen the DVD Loose Change and I can say that there definitely is something funny going on. I had no idea one of the Bush brothers(Marvin) owned the company in charge of security at the WTC and stopped bomb sniffing dogs from doing their jobs weeks before it happened, also the insurance policy that covered the WTC added a new section covering terrorist acts just months before 911. 7 WTC fell like a demolition also and contained all the files the SEC needed to prosecute a bunch of Bush cronies from SEC violations.
